I am thankful for the opportunities I have experienced in my life.

I have my certifications in: Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki, Cupping, Early Childhood Education Diploma

I have owned my own Health Food Store, owned and operated my Early Years Incorporated Centre, worked as a Product Consultant for the government, been a Fitness Instructor and currently offer services in my own Wellness Room.

I am a breast cancer survivor and appreciate everyday of my life.

I enjoy paddle boarding, hiking, biking, yoga and tennis…being outdoors as much as possible.

I am passionate about health, self care, loving ourselves and others with an alignment of freedom. I believe we do the best we can today and that is more than enough and there is always tomorrow.
